From sign-up to your first overview

A few steps and your store data is in Pindash.

  1. 1. Set up your account

    Fill in your business details and sign the terms. Signing doesn’t start a paid plan.

  2. 2. Authorize the connection

    On PrestaShop, install our module and paste the code we give you. On WooCommerce, approve read access from your store.

  3. 3. Explore your data

    We import recent orders first and then your history. You’ll see which periods are complete.

Your assistant may require its own account or subscription.

What you need before you connect

Check these points for a smooth connection.

  • A store with a valid HTTPS certificate
  • Authorized access to its admin panel
  • Permission to install a module (PrestaShop) or approve read access (WooCommerce)
  • Your business details and the terms accepted

Keys never go through your email.

On PrestaShop, the module sends the key straight to us, encrypted; on WooCommerce, your store does. We’ll never ask you for it by email.

The Pindash connection doesn’t change orders, products or settings, and you can remove access from your store. On PrestaShop, the module only creates the read-only key and, if you turn on order source tracking, saves the channel each order came from alongside it.
