What you can ask

ChatGPT uses Pindash’s queries, with the same definitions as the dashboard, the email and exports:

Sales, orders, average order value and customers for any period, and how they compare with another.
Breakdowns by store, day, hour, country, payment method and carrier.
Sales by channel and campaign, and the cost and ROAS of Google Ads and Meta, each kept separate.
Best-selling products, stock, new and returning customers, customer value, and the order list without buyer data.
Monthly target, weekly report, open alerts and margins (on plans with margins).

What data Pindash reads

What it receives: ChatGPT receives aggregates (sales, orders, products, channels…) from the stores you authorize and, in the order list, each order without any buyer data.
Limits: Up to 60 queries per minute per connection, and each query covers 400 days at most.
Log: Pindash records each query (tool, result and timing) without storing your questions or the answers.

What it doesn’t read or change

Your buyers’ names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.
Anything that changes Pindash or your stores: the assistant only queries.
Stores you haven’t authorized for that connection.

How to connect

In Pindash, go to Settings → Integrations and, under AI assistants, copy the server address.
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps and connectors, turn on developer mode and create a connector with the address.
ChatGPT will ask you to sign in to Pindash: choose the stores it can query and allow access.
Ask away. To remove access, click “Remove access” in Settings → Integrations: it stops working on the next query.

What people ask us most about this integration.

Are the numbers the same as in the dashboard?

Yes. Queries use the same definitions as the dashboard, the daily email and exports. If some data is incomplete or delayed, the answer says so.

Which plans include it?

It’s included in Pro and Business and during the trial. See plans.

Can ChatGPT see my customers’ data?

No. It receives aggregates and, in the order list, orders without name, email, phone or address. Groups of fewer than 5 customers come without amounts.

Are there usage limits?

Yes: up to 60 queries per minute per connection, and each query covers 400 days at most. Over the limit, that minute’s queries are rejected; the dashboard keeps working.

How do I remove access?

In Settings → Integrations, click “Remove access”. It stops working on the next query, even if the assistant still had valid access.
