Integration

Pindash for WooCommerce

Your WooCommerce sales in a clear dashboard and in an email every morning. The connection uses the official WooCommerce REST API with read-only permission.

  • Read-only permission
  • Works with WooCommerce 3.5 or later

How it connects

  1. In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
  2. Add a key with the description “Pindash”, choose your user and the Read permission.
  3. Copy the Consumer key and Consumer secret and paste them into Pindash’s secure form.
  4. Pindash checks access with a read request and starts importing.

One-click authorization. You can also authorize Pindash from your own store, with read-only permission and no keys to copy: when connecting, choose “Authorize from my store” and approve it in your WordPress.

What we read

  • Orders: dates, statuses, amounts, currency and line items.
  • Refunds for each order.
  • The source your store saves with each order (WooCommerce 8.5 and later), so you can see your sales by channel. Without the buyer’s browser or IP address.
  • A customer identifier that we turn into a pseudonymous code.

What we don’t store

  • Addresses, phone numbers or order notes.
  • Your buyers’ email addresses.
  • Card details or passwords.

Versions and compatibility

Works with WooCommerce 3.5 or later and WordPress 5.3 or later, the versions that include the read-only REST API Pindash uses. We’ve certified it with a real store running WordPress 7.1 and WooCommerce 11.2: orders, shipping and catalog, with a closed month that matches WooCommerce’s own reports to the cent. If something doesn’t work on your version, with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) or with a multi-currency plugin, we’ll support you right away until it does. Sales source tracking requires WooCommerce 8.5 or later.

Works with WooCommerce 3.5 or later

WooCommerce doesn’t let anyone check from outside whether a key could write. Pindash only reads, but always create the key with “Read” permission.

Requirements

  • An HTTPS address with a valid certificate.
  • A reachable WooCommerce REST API (Pindash doesn’t use the legacy API).
  • You usually don’t need to change your permalinks: Pindash detects the API path.
  • Your hosting or security plugin must not block the Authorization header.

How we calculate your sales

By default we suggest the “Processing” and “Completed” statuses as sales, and you confirm or adjust the list, including custom statuses. Refunds are subtracted on their own date.
