Pindash in Make

With Make’s MCP Client app, a scenario asks Pindash for your numbers and takes them to Slack, your inbox or a spreadsheet. Read-only, with the stores you choose.

  • Read-only
  • No buyer data
  • Available on Pro and Business · Included during the trial

What you can automate

Your workflows call the same queries as the dashboard, the email and exports, and take the result where you work:

  • Every Monday, the weekly report (informe_semanal) in a Slack channel or your inbox.
  • Every morning, yesterday’s sales summary (resumen_ventas with periodo: ayer) in an email to the team.
  • Every month, last month’s numbers (periodo: mes_anterior) as a new row in Google Sheets.
  • Open alerts (alertas_abiertas) or best-selling products, whenever you decide.
  • With an AI agent in the workflow, free-form questions about your sales with Pindash’s numbers.

For example

  • Scheduled every Monday at 8:00 → MCP Client “Call a tool” informe_semanal → Slack.
  • Scheduled every day → “Call a tool” resumen_ventas with period “ayer” → Gmail.
  • Scheduled on day 1 → “Call a tool” resumen_ventas with period “mes_anterior” → Google Sheets.
  • “Execute an action with AI”: a task in your own words that the AI solves with Pindash’s tools.

What data Pindash reads

What it receives
The workflow receives aggregates (sales, orders, products, channels…) from the stores you authorize and, in the order list, each order without any buyer data.
Limits
Up to 60 queries per minute per connection, and each query covers 400 days at most.
Log
Pindash records each query (tool, result and timing) without storing the questions, the arguments or the answers.

What it doesn’t read or change

  • Your buyers’ names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.
  • Anything that changes Pindash or your stores: the workflow only queries.
  • Stores you haven’t authorized for that connection.

How to connect

  1. In Pindash, go to Settings → Integrations and copy the MCP server address (in production, https://mcp.pindash.pro).
  2. In a Make scenario, add a module from the MCP Client app: Call a tool (one specific tool) or Execute an action with AI (a task for the AI).
  3. Click Create a connection; in MCP Server choose + New MCP Server and paste the Pindash address into URL.
  4. Make will open the authorization: Pindash accepts its redirect (https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/mcp) through dynamic registration, with nothing for you to register.
  5. Make will take you to Pindash: sign in, choose the stores that connection can query and click “Allow access”.
  6. In Call a tool, choose informe_semanal in Tool Name (or resumen_ventas with its period in Arguments), add the Slack, Gmail or Google Sheets module and schedule the scenario for every Monday.
  7. To remove access, click “Remove access” in Settings → Integrations: it stops working on the next query.

We’ve tested it with Make on our own accounts.

Requirements

  • It’s included in Pro and Business and during the trial.
  • A Make account with the MCP Client app (its operations count towards your Make plan).

The numbers you query reach Make and the services you send them to (Slack, your email, Google Sheets…), and are covered by their own terms. More questions about AI assistants.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most about this integration.

Are the numbers the same as in the dashboard?

Yes. Queries use the same definitions as the dashboard, the daily email and exports. If some data is incomplete or delayed, the answer says so.

Which plans include it?

It’s included in Pro and Business and during the trial. See plans.

Can Make see my customers’ data?

No. It receives aggregates and, in the order list, orders without name, email, phone or address. Groups of fewer than 5 customers come without amounts.

Can Make change anything in Pindash or my store?

No. Pindash’s MCP server only has query tools: it doesn’t create, change or delete anything, in Pindash or in your stores.

Which tool do I use for the weekly report?

informe_semanal returns the same report as the Monday email (sales, orders, average order value, refunds, customers and their comparison). For other periods, resumen_ventas with periodo (hoy, ayer, esta_semana, este_mes, mes_anterior or este_ano) or with desde and hasta. Tool and argument names are in Spanish.

Do I have to reconnect every so often?

Not while the workflow is in use: access lasts 1 hour and Make renews it on its own with the authorization, which is valid for 30 days from its last use. If you remove it in Pindash, you’ll need to connect again.

Are there usage limits?

Yes: up to 60 queries per minute per connection, and each query covers 400 days at most. Over the limit, that minute’s queries are rejected; the dashboard keeps working.

How do I remove access?

In Settings → Integrations, click “Remove access”. It stops working on the next query, even if Make still had valid access.
