The average of the last three full calendar months, adding up your stores. Real orders created in the store count, even if they’re later canceled or refunded; test orders and drafts don’t. This counter is only used for your plan and is separate from the sales figures in the dashboard.
We let you know in the dashboard and by email, with the calculation, the limit and the recommended plan, and you decide whether to accept the change. We never charge you for a higher plan without your approval. You have 30 days with the service active to decide; after that, access is paused for another 30 days, and you’re not charged for those days. If it’s still unresolved on day 60, the subscription is canceled and the service data is deleted; we email you 7 days and 1 day before.
For 7 days the service keeps working, with a notice asking you to update your payment method. After that, access is blocked until the payment goes through and, if 30 days pass after the failed payment without paying, the service data is deleted. If you pay before then, you keep your price.
Yes. True Source —sales by channel and campaign, with the share of orders that have a source— is included in Basic, Pro and Business, and in the free trial too. On WooCommerce 8.5 or later it works with nothing to install; on PrestaShop, with our free module once you turn on attribution. See how it works
Yes, from your account. Upgrading takes effect right away and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period; switching from monthly to annual is also immediate and credits what you’ve already paid. Downgrading or switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
In the European Union you pay in euros and your country’s VAT is added (21% in Spain); in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside the European Union no VAT is charged, and outside the EU you can pay in US dollars. Before subscribing, you enter your business’s country and see the tax and the total.
You’re not charged anything. Your account is frozen for 30 days: you can view and export your data, but it isn’t updated. After that, your stores’ data is deleted.
