Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the trial, payments, your numbers, AI assistants, privacy and support. Can’t find yours? Write to us.

Trial and sign-up

When the trial starts, what it includes and why you sign before connecting.

How long is the trial and what does it include?

14 calendar days from the day you sign up, with no credit card or PayPal. It includes the Pro plan features that are already available and an import of up to 13 months of history, starting with the most recent.

If I connect my store later, does the trial get longer?

No. The trial starts when you sign up and isn’t extended or restarted when you sign, connect or reconnect a store. That’s why we recommend connecting as soon as you can.

Why do I have to give my details and sign before connecting?

Pindash will read order data about your store’s customers on behalf of your business. Before we do, we need to put in place the service agreement and the Data Processing Agreement, which explains what we do with that data.

You sign on screen with a code we email you, and you get a PDF copy. Signing doesn’t start any paid plan or ask for a card.

Can I sign up as an individual?

No. Pindash is for business or professional use: freelancers, professionals, companies and organizations. You can sign up from any country. The app is available in Spanish and English; English is being rolled out gradually.

What happens if I don’t subscribe when the trial ends?

Your account is frozen for 30 days: you can log in, view and export what you already had, but data stops updating and no alerts are sent. After that, your stores’ data is deleted.

Can I try Pindash with a store someone else has already tried?

There’s one trial per store. If you’ve changed domain or platform, or the store has a new owner, write to us and we’ll look into it.

Payments and plans

How to pay, who invoices you, plan changes, canceling and limits.

How do I pay?

By card or PayPal through Stripe, our payment platform. Pindash doesn’t store your full card details. You can pay monthly or pay for the year upfront and save 20%.

If I subscribe during the trial, when will I be charged?

When your original trial ends. Subscribing early doesn’t shorten or restart the trial. Before you confirm, you’ll see the plan, the amount including taxes and the exact date of the first charge.

Who issues the invoices?

BIERZO SEO Y MARKETING S.L. (tax ID B-24730178), the company behind Pindash. You’ll get each invoice by email as a PDF and can download it from your account. Stripe handles the payment, but the tax document is that invoice, not the Stripe receipt.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Published prices exclude taxes. In the European Union, your country’s VAT is added (21% in Spain). In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside the European Union, no VAT is charged, and the invoice includes the required legal statement. You’ll always see the total before confirming.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the time left. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal; before that, we’ll tell you which stores, users or history would no longer be included. History beyond your new plan’s limit stays hidden for 30 days in case you upgrade again; after that it’s deleted.

What about switching from monthly to annual?

It’s immediate: a new 12-month year starts and whatever was left of your paid month is credited. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect when the year ends.

How do I cancel?

From your account, at any time, no explanation needed (giving a reason is optional). You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, your account is frozen for 30 days so you can export your data.

What happens if a payment fails?

For 7 days the service keeps working, with a notice asking you to update your payment method. After that, access is blocked until the payment goes through. If 30 days pass after the failed payment without paying, the service data is deleted. If you pay before then, you get access back and keep your price.

What happens if I go over my plan’s order limit?

We’ll let you know, with the numbers and the plan we recommend; we’ll never upgrade you without your OK. You have 30 days with the service working to upgrade; after that, access is blocked for another 30 days without charging you for those days, and if it’s still unresolved on day 60 the subscription is canceled and the service data is deleted. We email you 7 days and 1 day before. How orders are counted.

Numbers and data

What each number means, how often it updates and why it may not match your store.

What are “net sales”?

What you’ve sold, minus refunds. Excluding VAT and including the shipping you charged. Each sale counts on the order date and each refund on its own date.

Why does a number show as “pending” instead of zero?

Because we don’t have all the data for that period yet, for example while your history is being imported or if your store hasn’t responded. Zero means there were no sales; “pending” means we don’t know yet.

How often is the data updated?

Automatically: Basic syncs automatically every 60 minutes; Pro and Business, every 15. You can also request a manual update at most once every 2 minutes per store. It’s not real time: you’ll always see when the latest data came in.

How are canceled and refunded orders handled?

You decide, store by store, which statuses count as a sale, canceled or refunded. A canceled order doesn’t count as a sale. A refund is subtracted from net sales on its own date.

My numbers don’t match my store’s dashboard

This is usually down to the statuses you chose, VAT (Pindash shows amounts excluding VAT), the time zone, or a period that’s still being imported. Compare a sample of orders and, if you can’t find the difference, write to us.

Can I see which channels my sales come from?

Yes, in the Acquisition section: net sales, orders and average order value for organic search, campaigns, social media, email, referrals and direct traffic, based on what your store saves with each order and without relying on Google Analytics. On WooCommerce it works with nothing to install; on PrestaShop, with our free module, by turning on order source tracking in its settings. You always see what share of your orders has a known source. How it works

How much history can I import?

13 months during the trial; 24 months on Basic, 36 months on Pro and 60 months (5 years) on Business. We can only import what your store still keeps.

AI assistants

How to check your numbers from Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP-compatible assistant.

What can I ask my assistant?

Sales, aggregated orders, best-selling products, stock, alerts and data status for the stores you choose, with the same numbers as the dashboard. The assistant can only read: it can’t change anything in Pindash or your stores, or see your buyers’ personal data.

Which plans include it?

It’s included in Pro and Business and during the trial. See plans.

Which assistants can I connect?

Any MCP-compatible assistant that lets you add a custom connector. We’ve tested it with Claude and ChatGPT. Your assistant may require its own account or subscription.

How do I connect my assistant?

In Pindash, go to Settings → AI assistants and copy the server address. In your assistant, add it as a custom connector: it will ask you to log in to Pindash, choose the stores you want to share and allow access. Only an owner or admin of the account can authorize it.

Are there usage limits?

Yes: up to 60 queries per minute per connection, and each query covers at most 400 days. If the limit is exceeded, that minute’s queries are rejected; the dashboard keeps working normally.

How do I remove access?

In Settings → AI assistants, with “Remove access”. It stops working on the next query.

What happens to the numbers I look up?

They go to the assistant you use and are subject to its own terms. Pindash only sends it aggregated data, with no personal data about your buyers, and logs each query without storing the questions or answers.

Privacy and security

What we read from your store, what we store and how to remove access.

Can Pindash change my store?

The connection can’t: it only reads, and never creates, edits or deletes orders, prices, customers or stock. On PrestaShop, you connect with the Pindash module: when you connect, it turns on the webservice if it’s off and creates a read-only key, which it deletes if you disconnect. If you also turn on order source tracking, it saves the source of each purchase in your store (a session cookie, a temporary record kept for up to 48 hours and the source attached to the order for up to 24 months), without changing products, prices, amounts or payments. On WooCommerce, you approve read access; if a key can write, we warn you.

What data about my customers do you store?

The minimum needed to calculate your numbers: a pseudonymous ID for each buyer and the details of each order. We don’t store your buyers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, payment details, passwords or order notes. More details.

How do I remove access to my store?

On PrestaShop, click “Disconnect” in the Pindash module or uninstall it: this deletes the key it created. On WooCommerce, revoke the key from your store’s admin. Reading will stop. Removing access doesn’t cancel your subscription or delete your history: do that from your Pindash account.

Do you use my data for anything else?

No. Your stores’ data is only used to provide the service, under the Data Processing Agreement you sign. It isn’t sold or shared with other companies in our group for commercial purposes.

Support

Hours, channels and help connecting.

When will you reply?

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Madrid time (CET/CEST)), except published holidays. The first reply comes within one business day. That’s a response commitment: some issues need more time to resolve.

How should I contact you?

By email on every plan and during the trial. For sales questions you can also message us on WhatsApp, and on Business WhatsApp support is prioritized, during the same hours. See contact options.

Will you help me connect my store?

Yes, assisted setup is free. On PrestaShop, you just install the module and paste a code; if you need help, we agree on temporary access and remove it when we’re done. We’ll never ask you for your admin password or your store key by email.

Can’t find your answer?

A real person on the Pindash team will reply within one business day.
