Cookies and other storage technologies

This policy explains what Pindash stores in your browser, whether with cookies or with other technologies such as local storage or the cache of an installable app. Almost all of it belongs to BIERZO SEO Y MARKETING S.L., is technical and is needed for what you ask for. On this website there are also two uses that are not essential and are only enabled if you accept them, each one separately: analytics, with Google Analytics, and advertising, with Meta, Google Ads and OniAd. The app uses neither.
This website (pindash.pro)
The website’s resources (typeface, images and code) are served from its own domain. Without your permission, it does not set any cookies or load any external services. The cookie banner lets you accept all, reject all or configure each purpose:
- Analytics: loads Google Analytics to measure in aggregate which pages are visited, where visits come from and on which devices, so we can improve the website. It also remembers, during your visit, where you came from, so we can save it with your account if you sign up.
- Advertising: loads the Meta pixel, the Google Ads tag and the OniAd tags (which measure with Adform) to find out which Pindash ads lead people to visit the website or start the free trial, and so those platforms can show Pindash ads to people who have already visited it. We tell them the pages you visit, whether you click “Start free trial” and, if you come from an ad, which one.
Rejecting is just as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time in “Cookie preferences”, at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw a permission, we stop sending that data and delete from your browser the cookies those tools store on pindash.pro.

In addition, if you accept advertising, Meta, Google and Adform (the platform OniAd measures with) may read or store their own cookies on their domains (facebook.com, doubleclick.net, google.com, adform.net), for example Meta’s fr (3 months), Google’s IDE (13 months) or Adform’s uid (60 days), under their own policies.
The guide’s checkmarks and your cookie choices are not sent to our servers: they are only for you. pindash.origen is only sent to the app if you click “Start free trial” and create your account.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies are managed by Google Ireland Limited on our behalf. We do not use them for advertising or combine them with your app account.
pindash.origenis ours and Google does not receive it. - Advertising: it is received by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Google Ireland Limited and Adform (Denmark), which use it to measure and show ads under their own policies, and by ONIAD ADVERTISING S.L., which manages our campaigns on Adform on our behalf. We do not send them your name, your email or any data about your account, your stores or your shoppers.
Meta and Google may process data in the United States with the safeguards we explain in the Privacy Notice.

The app does not use local storage. Pindash staff also use their own technical cookies in the internal admin panel.
External services
- Website analytics: Google Analytics, only on pindash.pro and only if you accept analytics; the app does not use it. More information in Google’s cookie policy.
- Website advertising: the Meta pixel, Google Ads and OniAd (with Adform), only on pindash.pro and only if you accept advertising; the app does not use them. More information in Meta’s cookie policy, in how Google uses cookies in advertising and in Adform’s list of cookies.
- Payment: when you subscribe, payment takes place on Stripe’s page (checkout.stripe.com), outside Pindash, with its own cookies under its policy.
- AI assistants: the connection with your assistant (mcp.pindash.pro) does not use cookies: it identifies itself with an access token that you authorize and can withdraw.
If this changes
If we add any other tool that uses cookies or other non-essential storage, we will update this policy and ask for your permission before enabling it, with the option to reject it just as easily. None will load before you make your choice.
