AI assistants

If you connect an AI assistant (for example, Claude or ChatGPT) from Settings → AI assistants, you choose the stores it can access and Pindash gives it the figures you ask for, always aggregated and without individual data about your shoppers. You choose and subscribe to that assistant yourself: what you do in it is governed by its provider’s terms, and the provider may process data outside the European Union. For each query we only log the tool used, the connection, the result and its duration, never the question or the answer. You can withdraw access at any time; withdrawing it does not delete what the assistant has already received.

Who we share it with

With these providers, each one only for the purpose stated:

We do not sell your data. We only disclose it to authorities when the law requires it.

Google, Stripe and Meta may process data in the United States. According to their public information, they rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for information about these safeguards at hello@pindash.pro. The other providers process data in the European Union.

How long we keep it

What we keep only because of a legal obligation is blocked: it is only used to handle claims or requests from the authorities.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, object to or request restriction of its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@pindash.pro. We reply within one month, which may be extended by two more months if the request is complex, in which case we will let you know. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
